Join the group you’re invited to

If you were not able to join the group automatically after tapping on the URL to join group, then please follow the steps below.

How to join a group

  • 1. Copy the ID below

  • 2. Start the app, and open Help.

  • 3. Tap Join Group by ID (join manually) in the menu.

  • 4. On the screen to Join Group by ID, enter the ID from 1. and tap OK to join group.
